They are very simple to use, but were a bit fiddly at first. Simply open the 2 metal bars and insert your nipple between them. There are 2 metal rings at either side of the bar, which you slide towards your nipple. You can close them to make them more intense or have them a bit looser by pulling the rings further apart, it all depends on how much ‘sensation’ you can take. These rings also make it great for making 'adjustments' while in the middle of things!
